1. Delivery Policy
1.1. Since all Vidzkraft products are handmade, they require time for careful crafting. Delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of purchase and may vary depending on the complexity of the design.
1.2. We ship across India and internationally through trusted courier partners. Delivery charges will be calculated based on your location and order size.
1.3. Once shipped, you will receive tracking details to monitor the progress of your delivery. Vidzkraft is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.
2. Return & Exchange Policy
2.1. Customized Products:
• Due to the personalized nature of our products, customized items are non-
returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged.
2.2. Non-Customized Products:
• Non-customized products can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided
they are unused, in original condition, and with packaging intact. Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
2.3. Damaged Products:
• If the product is damaged during transit, we will offer a replacement or repair at
no additional cost. Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the damaged item, along with clear photos for verification.
To ensure a smooth resolution process, we recommend making a video while
unboxing the parcel. This serves as proof in case of any damage during transit.
2.4. Refunds for eligible returns will be processed within 7 working days after the product is received and inspected.
3. Handling & Care During Shipping
3.1. Due to the delicate and handmade nature of Vidzkraft products, we ensure all items are carefully packed to prevent damage during transit.
3.2. Customers are advised to handle the product with care upon receiving it to maintain its quality and appearance.
