-All Vidzkraft products are completely handmade, ensuring a unique and personalized touch.
-While we strive to match the selected design, there may be slight variations in color, texture, or appearance due to the handmade nature of our products. Each piece is unique and may not be identical to the reference image.
-Products are delicate and need to be handled with care. It is recommended to store in a dry place. Open the album in a well-ventilated space to avoid moisture retention.
-Props shown in product images are for illustrative purposes only and are not included in the purchase price.
-Customization requests will be handled based on feasibility, and timelines for delivery will be communicated accordingly.
4. Payment & Refund Policy
4.1. Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon.
4.2. Refunds and returns will be governed by Vidzkraft’s refund and return policy displayed on the website. Customized products are not eligible for return or refund, except in cases of damage during transit.
